Wall mounting is great especially when you can tilt or angle the screen. Love it!

Scheduled an appointment for a tv installation at a commercial office. I waited at the office for the full four hour window of the appointment and saw the geek squad truck drive past the building. When the technician didnt pull in after 10 minutes I called the support line to figure out what was going on and was told to continue to wait because the technician might be running late and there were no updates in the system. I tried to call the store but it sent me to the same tech support line... the number they gave me to contact the technician was disconnected and the store was suppose to call me and never did. I called the tech support line again trying to get someone out the same day and they told me I would have to wait five days because of their mistake! How is that acceptable? The phone number I have to give to them to verify and talk to someone about the appointment is the number they have on file and they told me the technician called the wrong number and there was nothing they could do... absolutely terrible service. I will never use them again! You would have better luck with Angie's list.
