I asked several times when is the Geek Tech coming to make sure this setup is possible. They kept telling me they will call a schedule. Well, naturally after I took it upon myself to move out the appt to give them time. No Call! No Show!! Then the Tech came the day of installation, took a look at my TV, and said it was too heavy for one person to do and we will have to reschedule. I canceled the request and asked for a supervisor to call. Guess what? Never happened! I am now thinking twice that I will not renew in Dec unless something happens to change that. The only thing nice that day was the 3rd party Tech that came out to give me the bad news.

Even though Best Buy didn’t install it the company that did was great!

Considering that we purchased top of the line Samsung’s OLED tv with supposedly “exceptional” Samsung sound bar system, we basically received mediocre installation service without any instruction, no testing of the devices and a mess that we had to vacuum. This had to be one of the easiest installation since the wall mount and cables were already in place from the previous Samsung LED tv and required very little time. However, after such a significant purchase and dealing with new OLED technology, we should have received some instructions/technical guidance other than “here’s the remote.” Also, cleaning up their mess would have been nice and supposedly required in the TotalTech Plan that we purchased?
