    Uninformed at time of purchase: thought that "premium" installation meant that the electrical cords and wiring was to hidden in the wall, with an outlet for the TV plug to be behind the flat screen. For heaven's sake, just print the truth for us online customers who sign up for the Geeks' service to boldly state what you really do for $199 !!! Actually, what service is done that isn't considered "premium"?? Now I have to go and hire an electrician to professionally complete the job. Thanks!

    Terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The initial setup was done by a 3rd party who didn’t bring my sub. When I called them they don’t respond. If you call Best Buy, enjoy talking to India call center who don’t even know what you bought. I wound up having to drive back out to the store to get someone to show up. Once he did he explained my blue tooth speaker wasn’t connecting and this happens sometimes and that it only works through the app. He reassured me when I disconnect the TV this issue won’t happen again. A week later I disconnect to hook tv soundbar and sub to a surge protected outlet. Lost sound again. At time of visit he reassured if I had issues that I could call him. After 3 non responses I had to again drive to store. The reassured me that a manager would contact me. 3 days later I had to call the number he gave me to leave a voicemail. Trust me when I say GeekSquad is terrible for home TV setup. I could have done a cleaner job with wires and the time I’ve spent it was not worth the time
