    TV, and install were great….however, TV was delivered and installed on a Thursday and 2 days later the $1,499 TV was advertised by Best Buy for $1,299. I was out of town and couldn’t call them until a few days later. They said they wouldn’t refund the difference because I didn’t call while the sale price was advertised. Crappy way to treat a long time customer and member of their highest level (paid for) customer membership. Won’t be buying much from them in the future.

    My TV was mounted quickly and easily. I had alot questions but they weren't very helpful. It seemed like they just wanted to hurry it up and leave. They had already placed my extra boots and spacers in there carry along bag. I figured I paid for the mount and the hardware that was included in it. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, they were okay.
