With a Service Contract , one would expect a little more attention to details. Some wires were left hanging, Verizon remote control was not programmed to TV. Almost a month after installation TV is still showing, “Initial download in process, it takes a couple of minutes”.

I love the versatility, moving a bit this way or that, up or down.

Agent installed my mount, television, and hid all my wires. Couldn't have done it without them.

Installers were 3 hours late past the window of time I was given. Okay, there were call-offs and I realize this wasnt their fault. I purchased a tv, hdmis, warranty, installation, and a mount from Best Buy. The installers were unfamiliar with the mount and drilled into my wall 3 times before getting it right. (This is a brand new home that now has visible holes on the wall) Also, they did not come equipped with fish wire to run the hdmis through the wall in order to hide them. They told me this was an extra option when scheduling (no it wasnt) and when i argued that they blamed my builder. They also said it would add 2 more hours to the install (it was now 7pm) I went and bought fish wire myself for $30 and completed the job myself in 15 minutes. I have never had an issue with Best Buy or Geek Squad until now. I have holes in my wall after they didnt even complete the installation i paid $250 for and now no one will return my calls.

They came out and worked quickly and showed how everything worked.

Two gentlemen showed up and 5:30pm, first time they hung the tv it hit the ceiling, didn't take the time to measure the height, I asked them about the holes that were left, and they informed me that would be my responsibility to repair. They lowered it down about 6 inches but the tv wasn't level, so the TV had to be taken off again, they had used the wrong machines screws so the tv wasn't tight to the frame. After several attempts I was so aggravated that I ended up getting involved and advised them how to hang it and around 10:30pm they left. I then noticed they didn't remove any of the plastic around the frame so when removing it i noticed a dent on the side of the frame and two scratches across the glass. I called Best Buy was told they was nothing they could do since there was no more tv's like the one i purchased. Several weeks later I ended up getting a refund on the installation. I've always purchased my electronics from Best Buy and far back as I can remember but after this fiasco I will no longer return. Thanks for allowing me to vent...
