    Walking out of BB feeling that a member of the local Geek Squad would hang and install the TV mount is what I thought might happen. I soon found out my TV mount was being installed by a sub contractor of BB that kept trying to deviate from the scheduled time which intern caused a week plus delay of hanging a TV on the wall. The tram that did finally complete the install was was exceptionally proficient and professional .. if you choose to go this route before leaving the store the logistics.. ask for actual geek squad .

    Yes, the TVs are mounted to the wall correctly. Geek Squad made a second trip to connect my devices following my survey lamenting the cost and the fact that that was not done. That said, they scored well for attempting to rectify the issue. However, I absolutely do not see the value in spending $200 per television to mount it to the wall and connect a few devices. For $79.99 to maybe $99.99, I could see the value, but absolutely NOT for double! Keep your money if you can find a better, more cost-effective alternative.

    the agents mounted the TV, they had no previous experience with my new TV, they struggle to get it going. they where supposed to teste everything and program remote controls etc. however they were on a rush for another job an made the experience a bad one. not what I had in mind for an expensive annual commitment
