The Geek Squad Guys were Great and very Professional.

I had a 43 inch TCL mounted to the wall in the Dining area. Professionally done.

The GS guys were friendly enough. However my tv was not wired properly. The Mount left me tv so close to the wall, the guys couldn’t tell which HDMI input Was arc and they just guessed. I ended up spending three hours trying to find the right input by feeling around. I finally found the right one but it is aggravating that they didn’t do it right the first time. I don’t like the mount, I wish I had another option. Come to find out they had mounts with them they could have offered to sell me! They told me the mount wasn’t the best option, why didn’t they sell me a different one? I could have easily done this myself. They were in a hurry and just wanted to get to the next job. Unimpressedand feeling ripped off.

They were here as promised, they conquered and answered all my question. Made my life easier.

The one star rating is for Best Buy and the fact that you want me to rate my Geek Squad. We did not have a geek squad who came as promised, we had a third party service who rolled up in their pick up truck with my tv strapped to the back of their truck. The men who came were nice and pleasant and took their time doing what was needed to get the tv up and ready ( 1 star not for them). Again told that geek squad was coming, that didn’t happen. Then I was told that the crew would bring the mount with them because if it wasn’t needed then geek squad would take it back with them and I wouldn’t have to worry about it. That is not what happened. Since it was a third party I now had to make a separate trip to the store to return the mount. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Best Buy when it comes to having large appliances delivered. I’m done, I will not purchase something from Best Buy again that requires a delivery always a headache or frustration.
