The Greek Squad took care of an installation issue.

Unprofessional amateur service. Multiple holes drilled in my wall. Installers had a cheap stud finder that was useless. Did not use supplied screws that came with my wall mount, instead bolts were used. the bolts used makes the tv unadjustable since the bolt heads stick out too far and interfere with the adjustment rails. They marked up my white wall covered it in black dirty hand prints and black scratch marks. They even used a PEN to trace the wall mount on the wall!!! I had dust all over my floor and electronics. The end result was a tv that was mounted crooked. I could have done a better job doing it myself. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Great! Things went very well and it was fantastic.

We paid to have our tv mounted in our media room and to place all of the cabling in the walls so they were not visible. The guys that came out were friendly but told us they could not bury the cables as the wall was an outside wall. This was not correct and even though they had given us their contact information they never called us back.

Installer was on time and did a great job with installation.

This was an install for an outdoor TV bought through best buy. This was noted as going in an outdoor bar area. When the TV was delivered with the setup supposed to happen, the delivery guys said they couldn't do it at this time due to being outdoors and it was colder outside. Luckily this was a free promotion with the TV I bought so I just mounted the TV myself that day. To note- I have used best buy/geek squad service before with exceptional service so this appears to be a one time thing.
