The technicians were in a hurry and did not clean up. And I paid more for the service than the cost of the TV. Ridiculous!

They were on time, professional, and tested me before they came

They installed our TV. Pretty hard to pull it out of the box and plug it in! They then told us our perfectly good router wasn’t any good, and they told us what we should get. So we went back(an hour drive) to get what they recommended. Tried to set it up, even Called the Gerks for help. No good. Our cable co came out to change our cable, and told us the modem Wasn’t.a Modem, but a Mesh! So we went BACK to get a correct Modem. Which I was Finally able to set up Myself, and get our tv to work!

YES THE INSTALL WAS GREAT BUT THE PROGRAMMING THE CONTROL WAS UNACCEPTABLE

Didn't come with ladders for a wall mounted tv. Had to use my ladders.

Not very please. When came out they couldn’t find the studs in our mobile & said the TV & mounting could not be put up. Our handyman was able to easily install it & it works great. A rip off to have to pay & then then them couldn’t do it!

They put my tv up exactly where I wanted and quickly.

Not completely satisfied as it’s slightly crooked.

The TV mounting was fine. The problem still is no replacement TV due to a damaged TV delivered and placed on my wall for over 2 weeks. Best Buy offered $50 for my tens of calls and discount to purchase another TV.

Waited 2 weeks for install and set up for the new outside TV with mount. They said they will send an email or text the day before to lock in the time. They sent me the message and then when looking at time, it showed the next available install was another 2 weeks!! Yes they gave me back my money plus $100 but I had taken the day off to be at home when they came and that vacation time is worth lots more than the $100. Fortunately my friend came over and helped me and we got it done but just know that just because you have an appointment, does not mean it will be kept.

Great service and really quick service for 2 tv mounts

The geek squad didn’t do a set up! Setup was done by an independent contractor. I was supposedly scheduled for 7am service but the contractor didn’t arrive until 7pm! Totally disappointed!
