Unfortunately, the TV mounting and setup was a complete disaster. After several attempts by the representative my walls had at least 25 holes; to no avail. My wall was a complete mess. Finally I asked him to stop. The good thing; Best Buy reimbursed me to fix and repaint the wall. A second representative came out several weeks later and the mount was finally install correctly. Finally, frustration to a belated cheer!

Technicians courteous, efficient, and did nice work

If I could give a zero rating I would. So they contracted this out with someone who they were supposed to be coming between 11 and 1 PM. They never contacted us. We kept calling customer service finally at 4 PM. He told us he would be late. He arrived at our house at 9 PM And said he needed more money to mount the television. We felt like it was a total scam. All along they knew this TV was being mounted above the fireplace. But when he got there, he said it would cost more money because it was mounted over the fireplace. Do not , get Geek Squad. You couldn’t even get hold of people. I tried to even find the number to call and complain about this Contractor guy not to use him again and you can’t even get a hold of anyone. It’s very disorganized do not use them.

worse experience these set up guys charged 299.00 and the guy that came was suppose to show us how to use the TV with remote never told us any information about the set up and how to use the features still trying to figure it out ourselves. Also they would not put the TV where I wanted it to go over the mantle, they put lower than I ask them to do.

They were very accommodating, and had no issues with our several requests..

Installer worked quickly and cleaned as he went. .

The TV was not mounted it was already in place when the Tech arrived.

With total tech support this was a good value but the first tech made up some ridiculous excuse and bailed on my appointment. The next available tech was much better & friendlier. 1/2 a year out I'm happy with the install.

GEEK SERVICE PERSON VERY GOOD...However $250 price for mounting the TV though was a rip off.......The wall hardware and brackets were all there and ready from the previous TV....The TV fit in perfectly and the wall installation took just 10 minutes...No new equipment....$100 or less would have been a fair price. Not 25% of the cost of the television....
