The services I received didn’t match what I thought I had ordered. I showed the order writer that I had a more complicated mount that was to hold speakers, but the technician said the work order didn’t mention that.

geek squad did a great job mounting my tvs and cleaning up the cables once mounted.

The installation service did not call, text, or email regarding their arrival before or on the scheduled installation day, marked 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. I called the 1-800 number at 3 pm to inquire about the status; they contacted the installer, told me I should expect an update via email within the hour, and gave me the installer's 1-877 number. Nothing. I called the installer, who would give me neither an update nor a reason why they would not show up and told me to wait 24 to 48 hours to get more information—still nothing. So I called the Best Buy store directly, who could also not see why this was a no-show. The earliest they could schedule the next installation appointment is another week away. This was an extremely frustrating experience, as I took off a whole day for this. This has never happened to me with Best Buy's original Geek Squad. Let's see what happens next week.

Work done was really great and mounters did good job. Not worth $250 though.

It’s outsourced by some random 3rd party I used this service so many times with geek squad and it was great. Now you get to explain everything to a call center in India and they book some random person in your area. I had to fight to get them to send two people to hang my 77” tv. Don’t do it. Don’t use this service.

TV was delivered but apparently the wrong power cable provided. Had to call Bestbuy up to see about an exchange and was told they can exchange it a week later. I took off to get this setup and had them take away my other TV. Whats the point of buying geek squad warranty if the brand new TV you buy can't even be setup. Whats the purpose of paying for delivery service and professional installation if I'm going to just need to mount it myself anyways and fix the issue myself.

For the first time in my long term relationship as a customer of Best Buy, this, unfortunately, must be a negative review. First, I requested the television be mounted on the wall at the same height as previous. Not sure how this happened, but this did not occur. It is clearly higher. Second, my bedroom, where the television was hung has a wooden floor. The technician scratched the floor while installling. Not sure how this happened but can only assume he was just too lazy to lift the console that house all television necessities, ie cable box, wires etc. Very disappointing

The agent connected my mount. All is secure and works well for me.

Wonderful service, just wish it cost less it only took the technician 20 minutes!
