My appointment was from 10:30 to 2:30 and they came at 8:30 when I was not home and would not come back until I made another appointment so I missed the install. It is a vacation home so, I could not reschedule. Why give a window of 4 hrs if it not going to be kept? I also have a schedule. I planned my arrival for 10:00 to be early.

I had a issue with them. It coming out the first date that was scheduled without informing me they were not, but after this was resolved they came out and took care of everything

Service was great. Would recommend guys who installed it.

The 83" LG Oled TV which was mounted is crooked. Not Happy. Would be nice if somebody could come back and adjust it. If it wasn't for the crooked mount, all was OK.

They were okay. More interested in getting done quickly. Clearly hit and miss. the previous group was awesome.

They mounted the tv but did not get everything running before they left. They didn't even get the software updated. I have had to get all of our services working and I am stuck using 2 remotes. They clicked through the prompts without doing anything.

they need to communicate better. They need to pick the phone and be personable. I have purchase several and I have several warehouses all over. I want to standardize the 75 inches q70 regards. seife

Both Andrew Pascoe and David Gilbert did an excellent job of hanging my TV's on new wall mounts with my own soundbar's.They were courteous and provided outstanding customer service.I could not have asked for 2 better installers.Invaluable to your team at Lady Lake!

After purchasing the tv mount that was recommended, the technician was unable to center our t.v. over the mantel after 2 attempts. The t.v. remains off center and is not completely level.

I don’t know why the technician routed the tv signal through the receiver. It complicated the operation for no benefit that I could tell. I rerouted the tv directly to the cable box and then I can operate it. I’m not stupid but I am old.

This involved installing a new TV over the fireplace with adding longer speaker wire to existing wall mount speakers done by Geek Squad in 2011. All I got were excuses why he couldn't lengthen the wires already in the walls and how he couldn't go into a crawl space. He left me 4 longer wires, telling me I'd have to splice the wires myself and run them exposed in the living room. So,I have a new TV basically in the same spot as the older one, which is almost too close for a 55 inch. When I bought the TV in the store, I had pics of the existing set up and what I wanted with the new one, explaining it thoroughly and was assured there would be no issues. I would not hire Geek Squad for a TV installation again.

This TV had some small, glitchy display issues from the beginning, but they tended to resolve themselves quickly and were easy to ignore. Mostly, it seemed like an excellent TV to watch shows that for some reason are filmed too dark to view without a quality TV. 8 Months in, and the TV is unusable. Lines across the entire display, and several streaming platforms either won't connect at all and/or will randomly kick you out in the middle of watching. The amount of money we are expected to pay for something that clearly is not built to last blows my mind. I even bought the protection plan, and that has been nothing but frustrating attempting to use it. I paid for Best Buy to install, and the kids that showed up ignored where we had marked for it to go and left a mess of dust on everything. How is such a large company operating at such a low quality, all around? This was a huge splurge for us, and it's been pretty disappointing so far. Maybe you'll have better luck, we have not so far.

Good delivery and setup but disappointed that there was no tech support or startup assistance. Product delivered by an outside vendor who advised that they did not provide startup assistance!

They mounted my tv’s but did nothing regarding cord management or any other type of assistance in wifi or sonos set up as my original best buy rep promised. After they left I had to remove the location tape. Out of area installers who couldn’t leave fast enough.

Not happy! Lead installer negative from the second he got out of the truck. Then made at least 3 excuses as to why they would not hang my new television. Overcame the first 2, and then they (him and his so called manager on the phone), came up with a 3rd excuse, (because I didn't have plywood backing on the wall? Whatever! The studs were right there, I even marked them for them! bhaha. Long time customer of Best Buy, spent thousands! of $$$ over the years. First a purchase has been offered "free" installation. And, as expected, nothing is free! Best buy proved that! Needed this TV hung before all my stuff was moved into house next day. Had to pay a friend to come help. Very disappointed. Will certainly shop elsewhere next time, and Beware of "Free delivery and installation." It's a joke! Terrible customer service.

Did a great job mounting 1 tv and then had some issues with the second. The tech hit a water pipe in the wall when drilling. It took us a couple weeks to notice the leak. Luckily it was caught in time still dealing with claims department

Had to pay extra for Best Buy to install and set up TV. Person was a no-show on the first day. Had to reschedule at my Inconvenience. When they did come however the people were very professional and did a good job.

Fine delivery and setup no problem encountered. Very quick.

The service was not successful over time. Shortly after the TV appeared to have been connected to the network signal, it failed, thereby losing all streaming services on the TV.

Geek squad was very polite and helpful. Job was done good.
