It works as good as any expensive brand tv mounts.

Wish the work was complete so I could leave a true review. Unfortunately Best Buy has rescheduled our appointment for the second time. The first time we were given two days notice. The second cancellation came two hours prior to our window for the service. Very inconvenient. Wish I could recommend them. Have to wait and see how it goes on 6/27….our latest appointment. Very disappointed in the wait time. Hopefully will be giving a good review before the end of this month. Fingers crossed

Professional installers, know Product well and quick...

Wanted the tv to be installed because we ordered a nice pull down mount and when they got here said that mount would not work and used a basic mount that took 4 screws to mount into wall. Not happy to pay for the installation and they make a change to an easy job that I could have easily done myself

Honestly, the sales rep insisted that I needed the premium wall mounting package but all they did was mount the TV. I had to connect my own sound bar and sync all of my remotes and devices. They were in my home for 20 minutes.

Do not use them. BestBuy uses a 3rd party with limited to no experience. We paid to have two tv’s mounted which yielded one wall with 9 holes and another with 5 holes one of which is 2” wide as they tried driving the anchor bolt into a stud from the side. I have two open claims for damaged walls and asked them to leave the tv’s and mounts on the floor and I will hire someone else to complete the installation once the wall is repaired. Ram online support stated they need to send investigators out to see what happened and investigate the damage. They will process a refund once the investigator comes to look at the damage. Rob the supervisor seemed upset that we wanted the holes filled and painted over. One of the holes as mentioned is 2” wide and they still are not in the stud.

The installed the TV wall mount at least 10 inches higher than what we initially agreed which has made it very uncomfortable for us to watch TV and we have to change its location on the wall.

The agents were not accommodating when installing the wall mount, in-wall kit and the TV while the site inspection prior to the install was very well discussed and communicated. The install work was messy and felt like I was their mercy of the installers - looking for an excuse not to complete the install.I have seen better work by the Geek squad team for an earlier home theatre install in my home.

Even though I paid for Total Tech Support, a third party installer was sent out. When we first moved to Maryville in May of 2018, we purchased a new 65" 4K TV along with a TV stand with a TV mount above the mount for our apartment. When we purchased our house, we put the 65" TV above the fireplace and a new 50" 4K TV was to be mounted on the TV stand. I had to suggest that they lay the TV down and attach the two support rods instead of trying to attach the support rods while one of the guys was holding the TV next to the mount. They also did not know how to connect the newer equipment to the TV. Instead of connecting the TV directly from the cable box to the TV, the connection is now through the DVD recorder. This leaves the picture on my new 50" TV about the same size as my old 43" TV. The two guys were great guys but they do general installations and I needed someone who understood how the newer equipment should properly be connected. The way it is connect now is the way I would have connected it a decade age. I wanted the Geek Squad because they properly sat up the 65" TV in our apartment and they knew the new technology, i.e. HDMI (ARC), sound bars, etc.

Fits perfectly and we have had no problems with it!

Mounting and connections went fine. However, very brief demonstration of the equipment has resulted in me spending way too much time trying to figure out how to operate. I'm still trying.

Mounted tv pretty quick. they didn't confirm if i was okay with the position of the tv, which i wasn't. They will not hide any wires, just hang the TV.

Best Buy hired geek squad to complete the installation of a 70 inch tv in my home. Unfortunately, geek squad missed that appointment and went to the wrong address (2.5 hours away from my home). After they realized it was the wrong address geek squad said that I would have to be the one to call Best Buy and reschedule, which I did. During that call to schedule a second appointment, I gave specific instructions (including which app to use and exactly what to type into google maps to arrive). Again, the second appointment was missed, and I was told that I would have to reschedule AGAIN. The third time around, the contractor came in and did a wonderful job. I called in to complain of the two missed appointments and was told I’d receive a $55 gift card that should’ve arrived weeks ago but I think it’ll never come. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Geek Squad was good.....but they mounted my TV a little higher than I liked after discussing where I wanted it. Not happy about that,...but seems like I'm stuck with height.

Simple enough. Choose two options. I chose the basic installation for my parents who live in another city. The technician didn’t even attach the cable wire prior to hanging. This was very confusing!!
