Install was excellent! However when it came time to pay they easily sent me and email. I paid but they were unable to prove me with receipt So called the store. Same problem. Total paid around $1000.00 2 tv mount. I’m very disappointed in the fact you can charge me that much money but can’t provide a receipt. I’ve yet to receive a receive a receipt. It’s appalling.

Justin C was the Geek that set up our TV. He was fabulous! Prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful. 5 stars for him! We had a problem with the TV being delivered to our son in MA, rather than to us in NH. The address went into their system correctly so I dont know what happened. I spent almost 3.5 hours on the phone over 2 days, with people outside of the US to get it straightened out. What a pain!

Andrew did an excellent job, even supplying parts I didn't have, and went the extra mile to hide the wires in the wall.
