When Francis came to hang the tv, it was great. The other 3 people, didn’t know what they were doing. He had to fix the mistakes of the 3rd party people. I only wish the Geek Squad sent their people, the 1st time, not outsourced with 3rd party

José and Jaime were on time, very friendly, efficient, patient and neat. They put all packaging in the box as they removed it from the TV. They moved my old TV to my bedroom, then set up the new one in it's place in the living room. They made sure they paired all my devices (Blu-ray, remotes etc). They took their time explaining how to use my new Smart TV as I have never had one before.
