    The agent mounted my 75 inch TV on a TV cart and connected it to our DVD and set up the Wi-Fi for it.

    Mount was great and techs were friendly but we sustained damages to our wall due to them dropping a ladder and we’ve been put in the situation where we have to figure out how to get it fixed. I work for a company where this tends to happen but we NEVER put it on the owner to get it fixed. This is completely unprofessional and were still stuck with a damaged wall at a brand new built house
