The tech was polite, very skilled and did a great job. I'd never had a TV mounted to the wall before, and was really nervous about having something so fragile suspended from the wall of my 100-year-old house. The tech did a great, professional job, and it was obvious he'd done it many, many times before, and that soothed my nerves. It looks great, and I'm very happy.

Dustin and his coworker were excellent. They installed my 85 inch Sony tv with ease, while making sure it was perfectly centered for the room. Dustin paid attention to all the small details and was very precise. I would recommend their services again. They even cleaned up the garbage and vacuumed the floor where they did the install. Very professional.

Had many problems with purchase of a new TV. However, the Geek Squad guys were all great...very professional and knowledgeable.

The agent at my home on 12/24/20 was exceptional, put his all into the job. He knew exactly how to figure out a situation that he had not encountered before. Kudos to Pablo. Please recognize him for a job beyond well done The previous geek squad rep had no idea what to do, hung the TV incorrectly never even attempted to connect the soundbar and left my home in disarray.

The technicians did a great job of mounting and installing my new Samsung Frame TV. They were extremely patient with me in deciding the placement and making necessary adjustments I requested. They took their time and were extremely neat and professional.

Once the geek squad arrived, it was 2 days after they were supposed to be there, probably because either the wrong phone number or not having the gate code, the installers did a great job, and their expertise was unmatched. They also provided me with handy hints on items that would utilize the system better without seeing the wiring.

These guys are the best and worth their weight in pixels. They were very knowledable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for any large tv or mount install. Two tv installs and one mount install and finally a disposal--In less than 3 hours ! No price can be put on the peace of mind that these professionals bring. We chose to purchase this because we bought a TV from Best buy and wanted to have it mounted the same day it arrived. The guys that came out to mount my tv were awesome. They showed up on time and worked quickly. They also dialed in all the settings and got it connected to my wifi network. They went over everything, explained the remote, how to get around, etc, They also cleaned up everything before leaving. So the service itself was top notch. However the purchase price isn't a very good deal for what's actually included. And what's included is nothing. All you get, beyond the basic tv set-up I mentioned above, is your tv, mounted on the wall with YOUR mount. You see the technicians aren't allowed to do anything at all with the wires, They won't hide them in the walls or anything like that. You also have to be sure you've already purchased the mount yourself and have it available. So for $200 what you're really getting is just a basic tv hang, using your own mount. That can be had for $50 all day on the Marketplace. And getting the tv set up and connected to your wifi is pretty simple. Something you can probably do yourself if you HAVE wifi, because you're already used to finding and logging onto your network. It's kind-of like the "convenience fee" you pay when you go to the corner 7-11. You're willing to pay more than you know you should if you're wanting it all NOW, like we were, But if you can wait, you can certainly get a tv mounted much cheaper.

we had a miscommunication at first. 2 guys came from the geek squad took down my old tv and put up the new one. As they were packing up bc they thought the were done and I said it’s supposed to be on a moveable mount. The store forgot to give me the mount and charge me. So they left I went back to the store got the rack and Naomi came on Sunday by herself took the tv down put on the bracket and tv and it was fine. Except we had a mis communication and she had hooked my sound bar up directly to the tv and I wanted it separate from my cable. I wanted it as a separate entity. So I. Called back and she came back and fixed it the way I wanted it to. So at this point I was a happy camper UNTIL I went to use the sound bar that night and I couldn’t get it to work. Called the geeks to come back out . The day which was Monday I got a call from Naomi saying that they have nothing to do with the sound bar she told me to hold on as she was looking through the book and walked me through some steps and WALA FIXED. ThTs why it pays to buy the total Gerk Squad protection. The end

I bought this TV as a gift for myself in my new home. The TV is worth every penny. The picture is rich and full of color, with stunning high definition. The TV is surprisingly light, so it mounted on the wall without any problem. You will not regret purchasing this TV, its a show stopper.

Victor had to remount the existing tv mount as the mounting holes on the new one would have made the new tv to high. He did it quickly and now the new tv occupies the same space as the old one. I thought this could be to complicated, he breezed right though it. I am very happy with this installation.

Super nice guy who installed and we even had an issue that a different tech handled. Also super nice, even were great with the dog.....

The Geek Squad was so helpful and finished quickly. They carried my TV up the stairs and mounted my TV in probably 15 minutes. If you need assistance on setting up the TV settings they can assist as well. I would definitely recommend this service.

Great advice and an even greater job! The installation was on a tiled wall which proved challenging. However, it was handled by the team with both competence and consideration.

Amazing customer service! Both techs put us at ease when our wall was difficult to work with. They were both so helpful and kind and took time to explain in detail any questions I had. They were incredibly personable and that was extremely important to me. They made my tv look amazing and perfect. So happy about the look, but even more happy about their service. If I could I would repeatedly request just these two techs every time.
