The Geek Squad technicians were courteous and did a great job putting up our 85” and 43” televisions in our basement. They cleaned up afterwards and answered all my questions. They installed and set up the televisions.

Amazing service! Could not have been happier! 3 TVs mounted, sound bar on one with remote programming and our media room set up with speakers mounted, remote progamming, audio components, etc. All to perfection…

Very professional, efficient and thorough in how they did the installation and offered guidance in how to position the tv based on the mount used and accessing the tv for connecting additional cables later on. Every part of their process was professional and highly impressive. Great experience overall!

A very good option for people who can’t or don’t know how to do this job themselves. Plus not all companies offer this. It’s a very good option to use and have available.

The guy was great, polite, professional. Even wore booties over his shoes to prevent a mess. We had bad weather. The TV was mounted great so far. We haven't really moved into that guest bedroom, but if feels strong & sturdy, turns nice, etc. The only complaint I could have was he left a bit if garbage from the shipping box on the floor but I still give him a 10!

The Geek Squad reps, Mike, Mark, and Luis all did an outstanding job recommending what would work best in my home. They delivered the items when they arrived and set to work doing an efficient install that is working like clockwork. I can not say enough about how great these guys have been.

I ordered a TV and mount for my daughter and they delivered the TV, mounted it on the wall and set it up for her. This was all included for $0 because I am a Total Tech Support subscriber and it was definitely worth it. They were in and out in 30 minutes and the TV is well secured to the wall.

When the wall mount we had wouldn’t work with the new TV, the agents gave us recommendations for alternative mounts. We had to order the new mount so the agents had to come back to mount the TV. However they setup the TV and connected my devices to it on their first visit. I was very pleased with how the agents conducted themselves and their knowledge of the products.

The Geek Squad was right on time, and installed our TV quickly. We had not purchased a new wall mount, as the new TV was the same size as the old. The service guys had to do a bit of adjusting, but made the mount work perfectly.

Thanks for sending the best on the squad. Mr. Anthony Fernandez and Mr. Randell Phillips worked very well together displaying awesome professionalism and knowledge. the Bobby was right on time, called ahead, did a great job with the installation and left everything in perfect order. He took time to explain the product to me answered all my questions and left the area clean and in order. Very satisfied with the service and professional attitude.

Amazing customer service! Both techs put us at ease when our wall was difficult to work with. They were both so helpful and kind and took time to explain in detail any questions I had. They were incredibly personable and that was extremely important to me. They made my tv look amazing and perfect. So happy about the look, but even more happy about their service. If I could I would repeatedly request just these two techs every time.

The young man was all by himself, he mounted 2 two 65 inch flat screen tvs with ease. I always thought they sent out two people to install tvs. He was polite and informative. He let me know about the time frame I had to change my tv from its location.

The team of two, we a lot faster than I would have been,, if it was up to me, the TV would still be in the box
