The Geek Squad was prompt and very courteous with the delivery and installation. Nick and his co-worker showed us how they would install to get the best viewing of the Samsung TV on the Wall Mount. Excellent service.

The 2 Squad members were very professional and worked diligently until the mounting of 2 TVs was complete. They were helpful in letting us know what they advised for an over the fireplace mounting of a 65-inch TV and also very neat with their work in our Brand New Home. Also very knowledgeable with the products from Best Buy.

The geek squad agent Adam T. that mounted and set up my tv was amazing! He called ahead to advise exactly when he would arrive. He was friendly, funny and explained everything. He didn’t make a mess and kept me informed each step of the way. He exceeded my expectations!

The Geeks do a great job putting up large TVs. I have found that working directly with the store on deliveries and installations works best! The corporate online scheduling in the past was not as responsive or accurate as in person. That’s my two cents worth.

My TV is very clear and sharp, And was well mounted by the geek squad, wires were concealed neatly and job completed in a timely manner!

Alex was excellent. The team that came to our house was very good at their job. They were very respect of our space and the hygiene they took their shoes off they were very knowledgeable and did swiftly did everything. My Geek Squad installers were the best. They were awesome. Geek squad went way above my expectations. After drilling, etc. they cleaned everything up. They also worked with me on where to mount my television and even provided advice, that even I never would have thought of, to meet my expectations. Very glad I paid for the service and they even gave a walk through after the install with my products. A+++ job!

Ismel and Cody handle my electronic with care and were amazing young men. They made sure I understood every aspect of my electronic. They explained every detail of operating am TV. I am 61 and technology is not my friend. They were very kindand oh so helpful.

Adella and her team expertly mounted the wall mount, overcoming constraints in the size of the frame it was to be attached to. They installed and setup the TV and then connected it to the existing DirectTV system, gave me some basic instructions, and opinions on accessories we might want down the road.

The Geek Squad is great! They tried to use our existing mount for our new 77 inch TV, but showed us how it would not work anymore, and replaced it then and there with zero issues. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant and professional.

They were great. I already had the wall mount so they just had to mount the television. They were great, careful of the wall and surrounding surfaces. I will miss having Geek Squad in home service.

They did a great job! I just moved into my new home and they came out and re mounted both TVs that I had mounted in my old place. They were careful and took their time and made sure it was done correctly. I always go through Best Buy because they always do a great job!!

The installer did a great job and was professional and very courtesy, he installed my tv and sound bar with ease and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly...i will highly recommend my installer Vernon
