Super nice group and professional. Even discarded the boxes that TV and mounting kit came in.

The agents were great! Installed tv and set up my preferences and apps! This tv was an exchange from a previous purchases Sony that continued freezing and shutting off. We upgraded and paid the difference. Best Buy was amazing and took care of everything! Will always shop for electronics here. Installation was seamless.

Two guys from the Geek Squad brought my newly purchased TV and wall mount to my home and installed it in less than an hour. The cost of the install was well worth it as I would not have been able to do it myself. Plus they did the TV setup and made sure everything worked before they left. They attached the existing sound bar and cable box with no problem and gave me instructions before they left.

Good tv mount for 48 to 70 inch tvs and east to install

From start to finish I was given options and asked questions that made me feel like my input was taken into consideration. The agents were on time, friendly and professional. They installed a 75” and 86” tv and their soundbars in just a few hours and configured them and made sure I knew how to use them before they left. Worth every cent.

The Service Rep installed and mounted the TV on a full-motion wall mount and connected it to an antenna, a soundbar and a DVD player. He also connected the TV to our home network.

The Geek Squad tech was the best! It was worth every penny to pay the reasonable fee to have him mount our new large TV on the wall, hide the wires and set everything up so the TV was ready for our immediate use...........all in the matter of about 30 minutes. He was very professional, helpful and did a fantastic job.

The guys were friendly and set up the tv in a few minutes. Also gave us tip on how to care for the tv, clean up after themselves left nothing behind. I am very satisfied with the service.

First the crew that arrived was terrific. I’d give them a 5plus. I dropped the rating because Best Buy’s communications of their arrival time was beyond awful. They were late but no updates were provided or apparently even possible. Some time after the installation occurred I got a reminder of the original scheduled time. Great setup experience. This service is excellent. Although I thought the installs were free. There is an additional charge beyond the annual membership. Customer Service person at the store misspoke. The installers were wonderful. Cleanly. Even wore shoe coverings. Fast and timely and called when they were on their way. Very professional.

On time fast mounting of tv excellent job. Great job setting up the apps and activating them.

Service needed to install new TV. They got the TV installed and setup quickly. Even measured to ensure the new install was at the proper height for my viewing. Definitely shows they have the experience for doing the install correctly the first time and keeps the customer in mind too.
