Well, the geek squad guys mounted it and it seems to do everything for which it was purchased. We're happy with the set up for our new TV.

Norman and his team were excellent. They showed up early and prepared. I found Norman and his team to be pleasant and professional. I had a very big tv and a difficult wall to put it on but they did it with ease. The mounting looks amazing and very happy with their work. Will be using Geek Squad again when needed.

Cesar was very knowledgeable and proficient. He did a great job of showing and describing my options for placement of the TV. Also suggested an option for mounting the sound bar that I had not considered. Overall great experience.

The process so easy, the Geek squad comes to you house with the TV, they put on shoe covers, install it, clean up and leave just as friendly as when they came in. Appreciate the process.

They installed my TV with professionalism and care and followed all my building’s HOA rules without a problem. They had a great attitude and were very helpful and nice. I recommend them without hesitation. They were even early which was nice and the updated me the new schedule in addition to calling the day before about their estimate arrival time. We had 2 of your guys stop in, one was an installer, he was very polite, quick and done. The other person was Chris, he went above/beyond his responsibilities, and we really appreciated both employees during this installation. Love the TV!

I used my total tech support service to set up my tv mounting. The geek squad guys were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job determining the best position for the tv and once mounted explained the features of the mount and walked me through my TV set up. Total tech support offers a significant discount on this service so it’s definitely the way to go.

The 2 Geek Squad personnel were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time, did the installation professionally & quickly and helped me learn a few new things about my surround sound package and internet/Television. I would recommend these 2 gentlemen for any home theater TV package.

We discussed mounting the new TV ourselves but were not sure how to do it. I didn't want to take any chances on hurting the mantle (glass). The Geek Squad arrived, removed the old TV, and installed the new TV. Great professional job!

The first crew was absolutely horrible. They had no tools. They were incompetent. They were rude and left after placing 1 piece of tape on the wall. The second crew was absolutely competent to mount the 83 inch TV, its wall bracket, the soundbar and ceiling mounted speakers. Can't say enough about their efforts. Took all packaging. They even arrived on time. Excellent experience.

The best buy agents was very knowledgeable about the TV and the installation of the bracket. We have no complaints. They did an excellent job and I recommend the geek squad service.

Excellent screen. Very happy with this lenticular screen and also my Optoma Ultra Short Throw projector. Installation guys were very professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The results clearly demonstrate their skills. Thanks BB!!
