Agents were on time and super professional. I could not have hung our TV by myself and these guys made it look so easy. They set everything up and cleaned up any debris from the drywall.

The Geek Squad were on time for my appointment, and went to work after consulting with me. They did everything I asked them to do, and suggested things I didn't thing of. They had a pleasent attitude, and connected everything to my satisfaction.

They were on time as scheduled. Quickly fixed wiring into the wall with no issues and no mess. Installed the TV mount and mounted the TV with no problem. Took the time to explain how things operated and kept asking if they could be of any further assistance.

The agents came on time, mounted the tv to the wall and setup the tv for us. They did a great job!

Both gentlemen were incredibly polite, professional, and able to answer any question I threw at them. They were efficient, effective, and showed that it is money well spent to have professionals do this. The TV looks great, was set at the perfect height, perfectly level and centered on the wall.

Geek Squad was awesome. Very nice and professional. They even switched put a mount that we bought originally because it wouldn't have worknover or fireplace. One of them drove back to the store switched it out and came back and mounted the mount and tv.

the geek squad was very friendly and helpful with helping me setup my new 65 inch sony xbr950h, they made sure the tv and the stand were safe and secure in the process, im definitely gonna have geek squad help me setup future home theater add on and setups for my home in the future.

Geek squad delivered and set up 87 Samsung 87. I wish I would have purchased sound bar at the same time for set up they were very knowledgeable and had the tv mounted and working bin 30 minutes I would recommend this service

The installer Adrian took his time & demonstrated great care with my installation. He walked me through the mounting process, & operation of my tv. He thoroughly cleaned,removed all packaging in his work area after answering any questions or concerns that I had. Very professional experience. Expert and professional care and installation of 77 inch TV and sound bar. They did a thorough set-up of it all. Not tech people -- with only have basic remote knowledge-.they made it easy for us. Very friendly and gracious. Excellent clean-up! High quality representation of the best of Bestbuy!
