The Geek Squad were great about letting us know their ETA. They were extremely professional and efficient. They called ahead of time to double check the job and to make sure that they would have all the necessary accessories to complete the work. They did forget to hook up the sound bar but we figured that out for ourselves. The only thing that was a bummer was that they could not take our old TV after all because of the size. They did however take away all the other old product (DVD player, old receiver, etc)

I had no problem mounting an older 52 inch Samsung with a little help...but the new 65 inch and several added years convinced me to purchase the TV mounting service. The Geek Squad arrived on time with the new TV and quickly placed it on the wall using the existing wall mount. They connected the input cables and the satellite box, and confirmed the TV operated correctly.

The Geeks where great. They called before they left the store, got here in a timely manner. they did their job and clean up their mess. Walked me through the setup. Great job

I have been using Geek Squad service from Bestbuy in every of my tech support and install my big screen TV. They always did the job right the first time and very knowledgeable what they do this time with the installation of my 75” Samsung 8 k TV. They did it again! Thanks Bestbuy for having these wonderful technician.

Geek squad install went great. They set up time convenient to me, arrived on time, and set up my tv with the wall mount. They made sure all my apps and channels were connected and working. I’m more than satisfied and recommend their assistance for anyone who needs help with an install.

Outstanding customer service and installation by Chris and Jake with Geek squad. Original tv and speaker was having technical issues to be was quickly replaced.

The agent removed my existing television and installed the new one on the rack. He didn’t take very long to finish and was very professional. He took time to answer all my questions.

Everything went well. Team showed up on time, worked quickly to get everything set up to best use/effect, and left the area as clean as they found it. Even hauled off the packaging. They did it far more cheerfully and in about a third the time than if we'd done it ourselves.

AS OF FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 5:20 PM, THIS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS PROMISED IN 2024!!!!! WHY? THE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO MAGNOLIA REQUESTING TO COMPLETE THIS SERVICE AS PROMISED APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN IGNORED BECAUSE SUCH SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD/MAGNOLIA WHO APPARENTLY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN, SO IT SEEMS. MY FUTURE PURCHASES AT BEST BUY/MAGNOLIA HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND WILL BE CANCEL SOON DUE TO MAGNOLIA NOT FULFILLING IT'S PROMISES IN GOOD FAITH

The guys that came to the house were really nice and good at what they did. They really took time to do it correctly and not just slap it up and take off. Explained things, made sure everything was working correctly.

The tech was knowledgeable and efficient with the install.

Terrific. Brandon was skilled and able to perform my request that I thought was impossible. He completed the task way quicker than I thought possible. He's a creative problem solver. After completion, he cleans up the site extremely well. He's my "go-to" Geek Squad member.

SHOWED UP ON TIME. HAD THEM RUN AN IN-WALL KIT FOR THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM PLUS INSTALL TV MOUNTS AND SETUP THE TV'S. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER AND DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Joshua and Sharir were outstanding and a real value to Best Buy products and service. Having their names will be sure to refer them to other Best Buy customers and for my future support needs. This is my first experience with the Geek Squad and regret not having used them in the past.
