Tom and Antonio went above and beyond in securing a TV to replace the one well had ordered. They were expeditious at installing even setting up streaming apps! Their customer service turned what could have been a disappointing and frustrating experience into a stellar one!!

I will say I was very comfortable with Nathan and his trainee Truman being in my home. Nathan made sure everything was hooked up to one remote. He explained how to use it with the Roku. He had patience with me understanding how new technology works.

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV. They made some great suggestions for me and gave me options. The TV looks great on the wall and I am so happy we had them do it instead of trying to do it ourselves. They were very professional and I appreciated the booties after going in and out of our house.
