Very professional quick setup. Took care of my TV and made sure everything was perfect before they left.

Agents were professional and personable. Answered all our questions. Efficiently installed our new tv. Upon realizing the original wall bracket didn’t work with our new tv, was able to suggest the appropriate wall bracket, sell and install a new wall bracket without having to schedule an additional installation appointment!

Wall mount was very simple to install with the template when you find the stud. The adjustable mount makes it easy to watch TV anywhere.

The agents that came out to mount my tv were amazing they were very friendly and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service took their time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.

Jeremy and Eddie were right on time, and Jeremy helped me determine the best location for hanging the TV. I was kept informed of what was happening during the installation, and Jeremy showed me how to program my Sony remote after the TV was hung. The job was finished quickly and efficiently, and I couldn't have asked for a better installation team!

The Geek Squad comes through again! They delievered my 2 TV's, sound system, and mounting bar and were first class in every sense of the words! Rich and Rudy from the GS in Myrtle Beach SC had everything done and working in less than 1 hour, and took the time to show me all I needed to know! Well worth the cost just for their combined expertise!

The guys were here and done in a very short time. They did an excellent job and left me nothing to clean up. They connected the new television to the stereo system and everything else that needed to be connected. The new set is exactly where I wanted it mounted, and everything works as it should.

They took down my old 75 inch TV and mounted my new one. They had to install a new electrical outlet behind it. Hooked up all my cable service and got me set up with Smart View. So grateful for their top notch service! Really glad i purchased the annual tech service.

The Geek Squad guys who came out to deliver and hang the new tv were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They gave us helpful hints about how to use the tv, explained the remote, and told us what to say to the cable tech when that service was started. I couldn't be more pleased. Those guys were great - they even cleaned up the area where they worked after they finished!

They not only did a professional install, but they fixed the mess that the Best Buy contractor did a few days prior. Only allow Geek Squad in your house!! No 3rd party contractors that BBuy sends. You can request it! Do so :)

The installation team was very knowledgeable and did a superb job in safely and precisely placing the TV above a fireplace and mantel on the chimney. They manage to do this in well under an hour.

Service was excellent. Very efficient and neat in the set up. Tech explained everything they were doing and how to use the TV. Even gave us his personal phone number for any issues or questions. So worth the price to have the TV set up so quickly and effortlessly. Highly recommend using the service

The TV was not centered on the wall. However, they were very professional & did a good job.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. It was done professionally and timely. I don't know why anyone would want to try to install and connect it themselves. With the total tech support purchased it was only 50.00 per tv and made my day 120% better. Moving is stressful enough.
