Customer Ratings & Reviews

The agents were great and did an amazing job mounting the tv.

Love our tv mount and the Geek Squad are so professional and helpful

Have you ever seen in NASCAR how the tire crews switch new tires for the race cars extremely fast? Well, that's how it felt when Geek Squad mounted my 65" LG C1 OLED and I highly recommend. Not only did the service take less than 10 minutes, but they were very careful. They measured the entire length of my wall, and perfectly centered the TV as I requested. They also gave me advice on the height I would want the TV to be. I ultimately went with their advice. It's perfect. They took all the trash and boxes too.

Excellent.. The squad is very professional and respectful. Yes and they certainly do a super, great job. Thank you.

Professional installation, worth every penny. The help me not make a mistake on the mount being used. They replace the mount I puchase to give me the nest mount for my wall and TV.

The agents were awesome and mounted an 83 inch tv with no issues! No damage to the wall, clean cut install. Literally no issues, very happy.

The 2 technichians showed up on time and well prepared for anything. Really great service.

Excellent analysis of best placement of tv, professional, timely and personable.

The agents mounted my tv properly and quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the surprise charge I got after installing the tv on top of my fire place which already had tv equipment from previous tv. They said they have to charge me additional fireplace fee anyway.

Jesus in geek squad in his assistant are super professional. Thank you refer to your yelp as I gave them both 5 stars. They go above and beyond. They are top notch raising the bar for Best Buy!
