Purchased a 75' TV with this mount and had it installed the very next morning. The person was a third party paid person and the ordered showed to only set up TV on stand but he was really nice and professional an started mounting the TV while we waiting to talk to customer service to correct job order. Would definitely recommend Josh Simon from Viasat.

After buying a new 65" TV, I figured it was time to wall mount both of my TVs. The Geek Squad folks arrived promtply, and finished the mounting in a timely manner. Both TVs were mounted to my exact specifications, and look great. No fuss, no mess, just perfect installation. Again, let the Pros do it!

Excellent job by the Geek Squad! The agent took his time mounting the television and he was very professional. He was very thorough in completing the task and did great job cleaning up once the job was done. I will definitely ask for this agent again by name.

Both techs that came were nice and professional. Nothing against them, but I wish Best Buy would let them refund items you didn't need. He was able to charge my card for an HDMI cable...but couldn't refund to brackets I bought and didn't need. Had to drive back to store and do it.

These guys knew their stuff. Exactly how to hang and how to help. They were patient to explain the process and what was taking place. The Techs. were excellent and polite and most importantly installed our new TV perfectly. Thank you.

The team member was at my house at the agreed upon time. He was able to install the tv exactly how we wanted it, and it was quick. Much faster than I would have expected. He then walked me through the operation of the tv to make sure it worked as expected.

The tech was timely and did a good job of installing the mounting and the TV.

This was a third party set up…he was awesome! He was so quick to install the arm and TV and helped to even set the TV (Roku) up once it was installed. Super nice.

Geek squad were able to install Mantel Mount Pull down TV stand. Though it looked to be new for them, they spend time and installed it perfectly. Thank you vey much Geek Squad. You guys are awesome. I appreciate your good work.

The technicans who delivered and installed my new TV did a great job. They were on time, did a great job on the actual installation and answered all of the questions that I had. Also gave me some pointers that have been useful.

I think it would takee me weeks to accomplish what the Geek Squad was able to do in about 4 hours. They not only installed our new LG OLED television, but reinstalled all the home theater components plus a new receiver and HDMI line behind the wall to make my wife happy. The two Geek Squad technicians (Robert & Chris) not only knew their business, but were personable and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They even took time to train us on using the new equipment.

I truly can't say enough about the service I was provided. The team of Chris and Kattie called when they were on the way, explained the process and knocked out the installation very quickly, leaving no mess, and explaining the setup, and how to use my new TV. During the process, another team assisted helping with the TV, they were Mathew and Kenny. I explained to Mathew what I wanted to do in 2 of my other rooms at a future date, and he explained to me that it would be no issue and fairly a quick and simple process. I can't say enough about all of them, very friendly and professional the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The young men who installed the TV were very professional and did a great job. Computer Geek Squad Services I received were inferior. These guys were great and cared about what you wanted, and were precise in the best placement.

Geek Squad service was fantastic. I wanted flat screen tp be wall mounted. The team from geek squad to a great job. I would use them again for sure.

The Geek Squad installer was great. He contaced me to provide an estimated arrival time which was great since I work from home. He was professional and accomodating. He installed the TV mount and Television in under an hour.
