Super professional and solid results. I don't trust myself to hang a TV, let alone a super thin expensive OLED, properly but these guys are pros.

The agents who installed my mount were on time, professional, and friendly. It was great how quickly they put things together. I even kept myself in the loop about what they were doing and explained about the remotes, along with helping to get the cable and WI-FI connected.

Two Geeks installed the TV and the mounting bracket were friendly and professional.

The guys were excellent, very nice as well. My wife is unhappy though with the height, she wasn’t included in the decision making before install, so now she wants it lowered a little more. But otherwise they were quick and efficient.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and had the new tv installed in short order. They hauled off all the boxes and cleaned up after themselves. They were very informative and I recommend them highly.

What can i say? The picture is amazing, sound is thunderous, and the colors are sharp and vibrant.

I want to thank the guys for the work they did , the work was done in a timely manner, and I can't be more happier with what I had done, the guys gave me suggestions on my tv installation and offered thing I didn't think of , thanks geek squad.

They are very engaged with the client's concerns and do all they can to achieve 110% customer satisfaction. Tech guys were very respectful by wearing masks, cleaning up after the installation, and returning things back to their original places. It was a quick and organized process. After installing the tv they learned that it was defective so we had to wait another week for installation. I do think they should stay a bit longer to explain things . Especially senior citizens. It wasn’t a pretty picture here after the team left as we struggled to input everything but we managed after our granddaughter came over to help. I like the fact though that we have help at our fingertips 24/7 by a phone call or chat on the computer. To me that’s important. Plus, I can get that same technical help with my other devices which is an added benefit.

Mike & Dan did a great job! They were both courteous and helpful and very attentive to cleaning up and removing all trash. They were patient in explaining how to operate my new TV and answering my questions. Very easy and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!!
