The two installers were professional and experienced. They called before arriving, they addressed the installation professionally as well asking questions to get the desired result that I wanted. I would highly recommend using this service.

The 2 Geek Squad agents arrived on time installed my TV including a wall mount quickly and accurately. They were both friendly and courteous and took the time to explain everything.

The Squad came to my home and were so focused performed their tasks effortless and efficiently. Also offered some tips. Great on hands service.

Our installer did an outstanding job. He was very professional and much faster than expected. He took the time to make sure he installed the TV in the exact spot we wanted. Before he left, he made sure we were fully trained.

Mitch & Dizzy were here during the promised timeframe; they were friendly, professional, and efficient. The unit was securely installed, as was the flat screen to the unit. They explained what they were doing and instructed us on how to properly adjust the mount.

The tech was timely and did a good job of installing the mounting and the TV.

But seriously, my dear husband loves to fix/install/mount/attach/build everything himself. We just bought a house and the day after closing, he had to leave for the Army. I booked the TV mounting service for above the fireplace since there was NO way I was going to risk doing this with my two small children around, but I admit, I was skeptical. It seemed silly that a "handyman service" for mounting could cost $250 plus the cost of an actual mount. Especially since the hubby could manage it for free. However, I now proudly recommend them to any and every military spouse out there, and anyone else for that matter. Justin, my Geek Squad Agent, was quick, witty, and extremely knowledgable. It was well worth the expense to have him come out and do it for us, and now our TV is perfectly centered, perfectly angled, and professionally mounted. And yes, my husband really is happy we chose them.

After scheduling two weeks in advance, they were late so we had to reschedule - then for $200 all they did was screw the mount into the back of the TV - a 3 minute job for $200. WOW! Why didn't I do it myself? I was in Dallas, or I would have! I figured that for $200, they would do a good job. The new TV screw holes are higher than the old TV screw holes, but do you think that for $200 Geek Squad would mount the TV's even? Nope! The installer said he would even them out if we pay him more, but $200 should have been enough to do a good job. I wasn't going to keep throwing money away. I scheduled someone else to come and make the TV's even. (and they didn't charge $200). I will NEVER use Geek Squad again, and I'm an ElitePlus member (Over $5000 per year spent) at Best Buy. I need to find a new place to buy my TV's, tablets, phones and computers. It is sad that when someone spends over $1400 for a TV and install, and Geek Squad gives them this embarrassment! Was very pleased with the service, but I’ve since taken it down. No problem with the install but, it was above an outdoor fireplace and my tv was melting. No fault of geek squad. Just a bad design by my builder. All is well now.

Geek Squad Agents mounted my tv with great care and efficiency. They were also very courteous, taking time to explain what/how they had completed mounting my tv.

The Geek squad installed my new 55" TV efficiently and explained the process in terms that I could understand. Unfortunately, he informed me that the One connect wiring that comes with this TV is not rated for in-wall placement, so he could not wire it with invisible wiring to my receiver. That was disappointing but not his fault, and he looked up the cable that is rated for in-wall installation and offered to install it later. However, Samsung and other vendors do not have it in stock. The technician cleaned up everything after the installation and removed the box but failed to leave the owner's manual with me before departing.

TV mounted to the wall and has been great. Only problem was the installation crew locked their keys in the van. They had to wait on a locksmith and we had to purchase a stud finder since they did not have one.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my sound system.

I was happy to pay the extra fee for set up, The Geek Squad delivered and set up my new TV. AWESOME job. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions about the new set-up and were willing and patient to walk me through any "new" items.

Agents carried new TV in, set-up and connected all devices and remotes. Moved old TV. Very accommodating. Appreciate that they take the hard work out of setting up a new TV.

Nadal did an outstanding job. I purchased a 77" LG OLED CX. He and Rickie took their time, actually had me sit in my chair so he could mark the height and got everything level and perfect. Then, if that wasn't enough, both Nadal and Rickie set up all of my apps, made sure my remote worked everything and even set my cable remote to operate with Radio Frequency so we could put the cable box out of the way and have the remote still work! Don't listen to the "experts" who tell you not to get Geek Squad Total Tech Protection. $50 for them to come and do this is well worth it! Take a bow Nadal and Rickie, you've earned it!!!!!!
