The TV installers were great. They delivered 2 TV’s and mounted the one above the fireplace with no problem. They also unpacked the 2nd TV and hooked that up as well. The delivery was within 2 days of the purchase and the installation was quick and painless as well.

They were very professional and made sure the install was best for my home. They communicated with me regarding the installation and ensured I was able to use all items prior to leaving.

Jarod Heintz was my installer! He was so fast getting my 75” TV mounted and he took the time to walk me thru the set up. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product as well as explaining all the functions the TV offered. He listened intently to any conveniences I requested from my TV and he educated me on how to access them if I wanted to make any further changes! My TV’s technology was intimidating at first but he made it very easy for me! I would be stumbling around had Jarod not been here to make it such a pleasurable and educational experience! The gentlemen arrived as scheduled. When it was realized that the mounting devise was not what was intended, they retrieved the appropriate one and got it installed right away. Very professional and courteous.

The technicians delivered, mounted the TV on the wall and setup the TV. Connected the TV to the internet etc..

Amazing pucture quality, apps, and manybother features. The external inputs box is an amazing feature that I wish I had discovered before.

The "Geeks" were great. They started to work as soon as they arrived and got both TVs up and working within an hour. Personable, knowledgeable and polite.

Well I had 2 things done in 2 different locations. First in Hialeah Florida, wow this was a “Crew”. Awesome. Second was in Bronx, they we’re good as well. It’s just the first team awesome me. Question who can I talk to, in order to place a big complaint????

The two installers that came out to do this installation were fabulous! They were friendly, professional, and explained what they were going to do every step of the way. As far as the work performed, they did a great job considering all the complications that came up.
