Very happy with their service. These guys mounted a 82 inch TV above a fireplace and 2 other rooms and worked really fast. I love dealing with the guys from Geek Squad they really are knowledgeable and honest.

They did a great job and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ezra was very communicative before he came out and during the whole process to make sure I was satisfied. Patiently went through options and recommendations with me. They ran cabling in the wall and mounted the TV and soundbar. Recommended I run an extra HDMI in the wall while they were there for future use in case I wanted to hook something else up. Low and behold 2 weeks later I needed it and was sooo glad it was already there and easy peasy.

Mitch & Dizzy were here during the promised timeframe; they were friendly, professional, and efficient. The unit was securely installed, as was the flat screen to the unit. They explained what they were doing and instructed us on how to properly adjust the mount.

But seriously, my dear husband loves to fix/install/mount/attach/build everything himself. We just bought a house and the day after closing, he had to leave for the Army. I booked the TV mounting service for above the fireplace since there was NO way I was going to risk doing this with my two small children around, but I admit, I was skeptical. It seemed silly that a "handyman service" for mounting could cost $250 plus the cost of an actual mount. Especially since the hubby could manage it for free. However, I now proudly recommend them to any and every military spouse out there, and anyone else for that matter. Justin, my Geek Squad Agent, was quick, witty, and extremely knowledgable. It was well worth the expense to have him come out and do it for us, and now our TV is perfectly centered, perfectly angled, and professionally mounted. And yes, my husband really is happy we chose them.

The two techs that mounted my television were so helpful and full of knowledge. Would definitely get there help again! Please be polite to them.

My two service agents mounted my tv and connected accessories. They talked me through the ins and outs of my new tv. Very professional and pleasant. Couldn’t have been happier.

I purchased a wall mount at Best Buy based on the salesperson recommendation and arranged for installation. When the installers arrived, they quickly set to work and found the the mount I'd purchase would not work for my tv. They explained the situation, and fortunately, they had a mount on the truck that would be the correct size. The installers were knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, and after they connected my television to the cable box, they tied the cables together and showed me which of the remotes I needed to use for the services on my TV. Thank you Nathan!

Excellent service from one of your contractors (Mcknight Electronics) They were very professional and the TV mount is excellent. no visible cords. I am so pleased. I would have them back to install any other devices that I obtain.

Love this item -- only wish I had done this earlier. Friends love it as well & are considering mounting their TV on the wall as well. Salesman & Techs were very knowledgeable & and helpful in answering all my questions. Highly recommend Best Buy & Geek Squad when considering this product.

Tb connect was great, we got wireless wall connect and geek squad agent dug a hole in wall and fixed all for us.. they have extra HDMI cable and optical cable for purchase incase u need it. Very fast and safe service. J am never mounting my tv myself again

The Geek Squad Anthony & Jason connected our 65 inch tv & set up everything. They did a fantastic job insetting up the tv & explaining how it works. Great Job

The installation of my new television was very dissatisfying. I had to point out things to the men doing the installation that should have been done correctly the first time. I found several screws in the carpet for several days after they left. They were respectful and tried to do a good job. In the end I wished I had just done it myself.

Best Buy technicians quickly and safely installed the TV wall mount I purchased, mounted 75” TV and reconnected all cables.

On time polite neat and cleaned up plus took packing away. Knew exactly what needed to be done and were efficient and timely.

The Geek squad couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.

After scheduling two weeks in advance, they were late so we had to reschedule - then for $200 all they did was screw the mount into the back of the TV - a 3 minute job for $200. WOW! Why didn't I do it myself? I was in Dallas, or I would have! I figured that for $200, they would do a good job. The new TV screw holes are higher than the old TV screw holes, but do you think that for $200 Geek Squad would mount the TV's even? Nope! The installer said he would even them out if we pay him more, but $200 should have been enough to do a good job. I wasn't going to keep throwing money away. I scheduled someone else to come and make the TV's even. (and they didn't charge $200). I will NEVER use Geek Squad again, and I'm an ElitePlus member (Over $5000 per year spent) at Best Buy. I need to find a new place to buy my TV's, tablets, phones and computers. It is sad that when someone spends over $1400 for a TV and install, and Geek Squad gives them this embarrassment!
