The Geek Squad did it very fast. I was shocked and the did an amazing job and ran through everything with me.

Everything went well and I could not have asked for anything better. Bot Geek Squad members were very respectful and very knowledgeable. I w pleased.

The Squad installed my TV and went beyond by trying to get my new headphones to work—purchased from Best Buy same time as tv—but could not get it to work. They recommended another headphone which has worked perfectly

We purchased 2 t.v.s and wall hangers for them, yes we could have put them up . . . but it was so sweet to have the Geek Squad come and put the wall mounts up and start the set up for the t.v.s. Yes, it was worth it!

The agents hung the TV and gave me hints on how to set up the Roku. I have other Roku's but didn't know some of the shortcuts - VERY helpful!

The agent arrived on time with covers for his shoes. I was very impressed by this alone. He was knowledgeable, asked me questions regarding tv mount position/location. First time using this service. Will definitely use it again.

In and out… gave me great advice and mounted the TV just how I wanted. Had to pay extra to mount over the fireplace but it is what it is.

Techs did a great job mounting the tv. They cleaned up after completing the work and tested everything out to be sure all was working before leaving.
