Jose was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He relocated my tv and accessories quickly with minimal disruption. I was very happy with the service!

The two gentlemen that came to install our TVs were just amazing. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product, They did some kind of magic with the cords that was amazing. I would recommend this installation crew to anyone.

First of all I want to say that my installer was great and he got my TV up pretty quickly the day he came. The part that I didn't know when I paid for the mounting service was that Best Buy now outsources this service to 3rd party installers contracted through Best Buy. They're not actually "Geek Squad" people who come out to your house to do it anymore. Not that it really made a difference but it would have been good to know that up front before I started getting calls from people I didn't know trying to talk to me about my TV installation. At the end of the day the guy who did my install was great and he was very professional and courteous throughout the process.

Geek Squad Team did a great job installing my new TV and explaining things as they were going through the process. Also kept me informed of their arrival time and were very professional throughout the install.

Thank you Best Buy for sending people to install my new TV, you saved my back, and my walls from destruction!

The Installation crew began by asking to review my expectations for the service call. They listened and asked for added clarification as needed. After installing the new TV they reviewed operating systems.

Techs that installed were professional and made quick work of removing and installing the new TV.

The agents were very courteous and mounted the tv without difficulty. We have had problems with our Harmony remote and they are supposed to return to replace that device. It is just taking a bit longer than we hoped.

I think the geek squad did a wonderful job and installing the television and the stand they did a great job in teaching us how to use it very very very good service

This is the 3rd tv we have used the Geek Squad services with. They do an excellent job, take the time to make sure you know how to use the product too. Will be using them again for my next tv.

Excellent picture quality even in sun lit rooms wish you can download all apps from the google store. Was unable to download veriZON FIOS so i could stream.

The Geek Squad was quick and professional. They installed the wall mount and TV, helped us get the TV programed and running again. If I ever need something else installed I would request this team. They were awesome!!
