The techs sent to my house were very knowledgeable and spent time to explain everything to us. They were also neat in cleaning up after themselves. They had the install completed very quickly.

TV is much more clear than the one it replaced. It was completed very quickly and with no issues.

Everything went well and I could not have asked for anything better. Bot Geek Squad members were very respectful and very knowledgeable. I w pleased.

First group was OK. Helped me get it so Chrome display would Cast to TV. Second trip guy was totally great. He really knew his stuff and helped me get an HDMI connection between the TV and my computer so I could display my trip photos. First group didn't seem to have a solution for that. Had to have the second trip because the thin mount sold to me was too thin for the plug end to fit behind the TV into the wall outlet behind the TV. So, had to have second trip to remove the thin mount and replace with the deeper one. Also, even though I said I wanted the sound bar hung, the salesman did not sell me a mount for that so the second Geek did that. Cannot praise #2 enough although #1 was OK.

The team that installed our TVs went above and beyond. I’m extremely satisfied with their quality and professionalism. 5 Stars!

Only the Geek Squad would have mounted my new 65 inch Samsung QLED on the wall for me. They are professional, well mannered, kind and took great care protecting my property. Not even a speck of dust or debris on the floor. I will use them again in the future.

This is the third tv I’ve had installed by geek squad and as long I purchase TVs from Best Buy I’ll have them mounted by geek squad. The crew who installed my 85” Samsung were on time. Explained everything to me and treated my apartment with respect. They took extra measures to make sure I was comfortable with them in my apartment while the covid-19 pandemic continues. They made sure I was happy with the placement and explained how to fully utilize the adjustable tv mount I purchased. They made sure to setup the tv and explain the remote and features of my new 85” Samsung television. They put everything back in its place when finished and were done in a very timely manner which I appreciated. Always satisfied with Geek Squad service.
