The Geek Squad agents David and Kenny were great. These guys installed my mom's TV and she loves it. Each time they come out they ask how my mom is doing and tell me to tell her hello! great service and customer service!

The installers mounted our new tv on the wall, set up the television and connected it to our wifi. They were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Answered all our questions patiently.

Excellent job mounting my new Tv and bracket. Installed existing Dvr, Apple TV, comcast box, and antenna as well. Helped me install apps on my phone to use instead of remotes for Apple TV, LG TV. I would recommend this service to all my friends.

I had Geek Squad come mount a new 65" tv on the wall and a soundbar. The guys that came were professional, and talked to you like a normal person. Tech lovers for sure. I would recommend the service

I already had a suitable mount installed by myself and internal wires upgraded to HDMI 2 (3) and Ethernet plus a USB for no good reason than I did not want to open the wall up again. I had no trouble removing my 55" Samsung but since I live alone I figured I should let the guys install my new 85" LG so I would not have to A) Get help and B) Induce pressure marks on the screen from mishandling. It was over in about 15 minutes... 12 minutes for unboxing and 3 minutes to hang the TV and set it up. (I use my TV as a Monitor and do not have Cable TV) The guys even mentioned they did not have to program WIFI since I had provided Ethernet to the TV. A pleasant if somewhat pricey install.

The Geek Squad guy communicated very well prior to the appointment, arrived on-time, and completed the installation quickly and flawlessly. Everything worked perfectly as soon as we tried it.
