The guys did an excellent job mounting my TV over tile above my fireplace. They were very careful and did a good job cleaning up too. I can’t recommend them enough.

Nigel, the technician did an awesome job mounting our new tv on the wall, He was very professional and explained the directions on how to move the mount properly.

The guys knew better than the book did on how to BEST make the mounts work for TV and sound bar. They walked me through everything and did not leave until all aspects of the set up had been demonstrated. It ended up better than any of us thought it would.

The GeekSquad delivered and set up my 75” TV including mounting it on the wall. The techs connected the new sound bar and Roku in addition to my DVD player. They were knowledgeable and took time to make sure I was comfortable with operating the equipment. I had Geek Squad hang my Tv in my office, the installers did an excellent job. They worked with me to get the Tv in the perfect spot. Once the tv was hung they setup the the tv and made sure everything (cable, DVD, etc.) worked perfectly.

The installation team was timely, neat, and clean. They were very quick with the installation and made sure I knew how to operate the equipment before they left.

The convenience of the mounting Frame is a big plus. It allows you to tilt the monitor in any direction to suit your audience.

The Squad installed my TV and went beyond by trying to get my new headphones to work—purchased from Best Buy same time as tv—but could not get it to work. They recommended another headphone which has worked perfectly
