THERE WAS A GREAT DEAL OF PACKING MATERIAL AND PARTS AND PIECES, BUT THIS GEEK SQUAD TEAM ASSEMBLED EVERYTHING IN A FIRST-RATE FASHION AND CLEANED UP BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!

Jacob did an excellent job installing into a concrete wall. Wore bootie’s every time he came in. Cleaned up and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him.

The agent mounted the tv on the wall and connected devices and all the apps. He even vacuumed any mess.

Geek Squad got the new TV up and running. Installed on wall above fireplace. Charged extra for that, I got the charge refunded because I had already purchased the Geek Squad service package. Should not have had to do that in the first place.

Unless you have a brilliant handyman at home, the technical wizardry of the Geek Squad lives up to it's name. Only thing, I am demanding and it took an actual Geek Squad guy to do it perfectly well. Two other hires prior were dismal.

The agents who mounted my TV were two of the most professional technicians I have worked with. They completed the installation and hauled off all of the excessive packagings from my television.

The Geek Squad Team did an excellent job mounting my 70” TV and routing the cables through the wall. Super friendly, fast and the work looks incredible. Oh and you can’t beat the price!!
