The agents did a great job installing my tv on my wall. Also a sound bar. They were very nice.

The install went quickly. The only thing that I would recommend that is if you are also having them program a remote, please let them know that they might need one of their computers to complete the programing.

The agent arrived on time and mounted the TV as I wanted. He listened to me and answered all the questions I had, as well as demonstrating how to use it and showing me things I did not know about nor expect.

The techs were incredibly nice to my very old parents, and even got rave reviews from my engineer father for the quality and care of the installation!!

I had an excellent experience with technician Andrew Buenaventura at the Stockton Best Buy. Andrew installed and mounted a 55 inch TV . He was on time for his appointment and able to answer all questions. However not so great with the in store clerk she sold me the wrong TV mount.

Main agent did an excellent job in the installation of all my purchases. He made sure that each unit was operating properly Agent was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to observe his installation

I love the Geek squad service they offer. They are always helpful and can install all electronic items we purchase. They deliver it and set it up for us and that’s awesome. !

Installers were not Geek Squad because we needed a quick install at our office for a conference room/zoom meeting room. The installers came promptly, worked quickly, were pleasant, and did an excellent job.

Booked online, text reminders and one call right before arrival. So quick and easy to use. The agents were done installing in 20 mins but offered to stay longer to go over tv feature (we opted out)

I had two fellows arrive and deliver my new OLED TV, install my wall mount, hang my new TV, and give me a brief tour of my new TV. I was very pleased with the service. The two fellows were more than happy to answer all my questions.

The Geek Squad agents installed my TV's quickly, and paired my comcast remotes to all my TV's, and some were not even purchased at Bestbuy. Plus hauled away my old TV's.

The Geek squad guys were great.... in less than an hour they installed my 86 in tv to the wall and made sure it was perfectly centered to the wall and connected all the cable box and others to the tv. Amazing and clean job!!!

Tv is great. I had one installed by total tech and it went smoothly. Got a second one for another room. A third party came & they were terrible, he said he couldn’t mount the tv so I had to do it myself.
