The Geek Squad was very professional. Right on time and did a excellent Job remounting my TV. Made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

Excellent service done by Kimo, giving heads up when they’re on their way, when they’re outside the apartment complex, and fast installation of wall mount both tv and sound bar.

The agents mounted t.v Gave advice were curteous and careful with flooring and walls as t.v. was being moved geek squad showed us how to use our sonos sound bar as well with this t.v.

We had the best experience with our latest install of our 70 - LG TV. The installer came prepared and he was very knowledgeable which made it even better. Love our new set up. I will use Best Buy services for future in home install and set up.

I absolutely appreciate the two Geek Squad members that came out. They were very considered of your home. They were professional and very knowledgeable.

Two things I was disappointed with the installation. The first is that the installation technicians took my packaging box with them after I asked them not to. They initially put the box behind my sofa and when they left I didn’t notice that they took it with them. I really wanted it for future transportation purposes. The second issue was that the technicians didn’t start the mounting screws by hand before they used an impact drill to speed the tightening of the screws, which I question if using an impact drill is a good idea. Hopefully, when I upgrade this product in the future the screws and internal nuts aren’t cross threaded. My trust and excitement disengaged my reasoning and responsibility.

Agents were very professional. Mounted tv and showed me how to use it.

Installers of my tv were very meticulous which I appreciated especially since on a brick wall where any errors could be hard to cover. Guys wore masks & cleaned up after themselves. Professional job.
