Great service; Love the picture quality! Will recommend to family and friends.

We have used the Geek Squad to mount 5 TV's in the last two years. We always request the same technician because he is knowledgeable about audio video components and does excellent work each time. Highly recommend this service.

The 2 gentlemen who came to install TV on wall were delightful. Arrived on time. Got work done quickly. They were able to explain everything well. (Much nicer than the Geek Squad member I used to install the Samsung before this.)

These guys are awesome. This is the second time they have come to my house. With service like this, i won't go anywhere else.

The agent that arrived at our home was fabulous! He did a great job. The problem that we have is we used a different credit card to pay for the electrical box and the wrong card was charged. Not only was the incorrect card charged but the amount that was charged was doubled. I tried contacting customer service and it was a complete nightmare when I finally got someone on the phone after waiting for over an hour the person barely spoke english and told me that the charge was for approximately $100 when in fact it was $200. He had no clue what I was talking about. I got no where with him so I had no choice but had to disoute the charge with Chase bank.

I bought a mount for my mother who is 72. The geek squad guys showed up on time and she was thrilled with every aspect of their service. Geek squad is a great service when you need to make sure things go well for loved ones who live in another city.

Although I asked for a Geek Squad delivery, a contract delivery person was dispatched to deliver and install the TV. Since I also asked for a hall-off of my old TV which was very large and heavy and needed two strong men, they only sent 1 person. I had informed the delivery customer service in several phone calls that it would require 2 strong men. We even had to re-schedule the delivery because the first delivery person was a single woman and could not of done the hall-away alone. I’m am very disappointed that no one read the customer service notes!

The agents did a great job installing my tv on my wall. Also a sound bar. They were very nice.

The Squad member was prepared -- new TV needed longer screws for the wall mount and he had them in his truck! I was impressed. Knew exactly what was required and did the job promptly.

I thought the guys did a very good job mounting my tv and sound bar over my fireplace. They were very nice and accommodating.

Technicians KB and Jeff were excellent. Knowledgeable, went out of their way to resolve an issue, polite, cleaned up, showed how to work everything.

The associate contacted me and kept me apprised of status during the day. Installed bracket and mounted TV, connecting to the various boxes and wifi quickly and neatly.

The Geek Squad put our TV swivel mount together and attached our new TV to it. He also set up the TV and remotes. He was fast, efficient, cordial and very professional.

Feb 13,2025 arrived on time 9 AM. They knew exactly what they were doing. Friendly and efficient. Wall mounted 65” TV and demonstrated leveling, tilt and turn for future cable access, wireless setup, sound adjustment, Cleaned up and took away all packing material. 5-star job.

Arrival time was kept up to date. Once here listened to our needs and fulfilled as best as possible. Very helpful. One glitch and call back immediately accursed and helped solve issue. Both Jeremy and Dave very professional.

Beautiful installation. I am a bio-medical equipment tech by trade and can appreciate a high quality installation.

Tech person readily mounted the LG 48" TV on existing brackets and set it up to work with Internet. Reception and picture quality is great.
