Tech person readily mounted the LG 48" TV on existing brackets and set it up to work with Internet. Reception and picture quality is great.

Unless you have a brilliant handyman at home, the technical wizardry of the Geek Squad lives up to it's name. Only thing, I am demanding and it took an actual Geek Squad guy to do it perfectly well. Two other hires prior were dismal.

The agents did a great job! They measured the wall to exactly center the TV. The best thing was that before leaving the disinfected everything with Lysol (Coronavirus time). Very polite and professional people.

The crew was prompt, prepared, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to detail and to the customer. Can’t say enough good about them.

They mounted my tv without a problem and without bothering me and asking questions. It’s very straight and it took them less than an hour to ge the job done.

The mount for my tv fits like a glove, it is wonderful for the price I paid for. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a great mount. Geek squad did an awesome job. Professional and courteous

The geek squad agents were extremely helpful in setting up and mounting the TVs. Even offered to come back for any thing that I needed.

Excellent work by Geek Squad. Efficient and pleasant in doing their work

Although I asked for a Geek Squad delivery, a contract delivery person was dispatched to deliver and install the TV. Since I also asked for a hall-off of my old TV which was very large and heavy and needed two strong men, they only sent 1 person. I had informed the delivery customer service in several phone calls that it would require 2 strong men. We even had to re-schedule the delivery because the first delivery person was a single woman and could not of done the hall-away alone. I’m am very disappointed that no one read the customer service notes!

I had a member of the Geek Squad install a TV wall mount bracket to elevate my TV from the stand. The technician was on time, efficient to complete the task and very accommodating.

Agent removed the old TV and using the using the existing mount mounted the new TV on the wall with no issues

Got the service for my sister In law and they did an amazing job! I believe it was a third party though…but they knew what they were doing!

The Geek Squad Team did an excellent job mounting my 70” TV and routing the cables through the wall. Super friendly, fast and the work looks incredible. Oh and you can’t beat the price!!

The 2 professionals that came out to install my Sony - 77" Class A9G MASTER Series OLED 4K UHD Smart Android TV and Legrand - In-Wall TV Power Kit did an excellent job. They were very professional. They answered any questions I had about the TV. They cleaned up after they were done and you would never know they have been their. The department that scheduled my install kept canceling the install date. I reached out to the store manager PK and the Regional manger Nelson. They took care of it. Thanks to them for making this purchase a good experience in the end.

The guess came around the time they told me and did a great job by making sure I was happy with everything. Gave good recommendations as well. Cleaned up pretty good as well. Wish they would be the ones that did all my installations.
