The installation of my TV Wall Mount was not only efficient but also quick. She took great care with my flat screen and truly wanted me to be happy with it's placement. She was proficient with the equipment and even applied updates to my TV AND reprogramed my remote so I only had to utilize one. After all was installed, she cleaned up beautifully. Worth the money

Matt and Vince were right on time and did an excellent job installing our tv mount and soundbar mount.

The agents were wearing booties and white gloves. The lead man, Kennan, was like a hospital technician. His helper was also squared away. I trusted their ability completely. They mounted a 65" TV on a Sanus wall mount perfectly centered in my media room. They cleaned up and even took the giant box away with them so it didn't have to go out in my garbage. They were so good, I bought a plan where they discount their services for further installations, which I just happen to want. TVs on walls are so cool!

Multiple appointments had to be rescheduled on geek squads behalf and mounting did not take place until a month later. However the technician that came to mount was on time and very efficient. Got everything all set up and cleaned and less than an hour.

Beside it being overpriced the ppl was amazing no issues

The installation was worth every dollar. Joe and Yadiel were great! They were professional, yet friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to patiently explain the tv and remote functions. Thanks Geek Squad from Best Buy’s!

Getting the Totaltech is worth the money and pays for itself with only one installation

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job on the wall mount for my 77” LG Oled. I couldn’t believe how quick they got it done. I left it up to them on the placement of the TV on the wall. It looks great!

Installation on the 50” tv was fast however the full setting of the tv was not done since they don’t like too much the brand I purchased. They helped with some of it but I finished the rest. Other than that was great.

The Geek Squad Tech was great! He was very knowledgeable and recommended the larger TV wall mount than the one I ordered. He installed my 50” Toshiba Fire TV I just purchased at Best Buy with the TV wall mount. He was very honest and excellent service!
