works great exactly what we needed and Geek squad technicians were great

The tv was mounted and hung in no time flat. I like the tv having over fire place.

The Geek Squad Agents hooked everything up correctly and everything worked perfectly after turning system on.

The Geeks delivered my three T.V.s and installed them on three of our walls. They connected them to the internet and gave us instructions on how to use them. One did not work properly. We call them back. They brought a new T.V. and installed it the following day. It worked great. These guys know their stuff.

I can't begin to say enough great things about Scott Z. and the crew. In addition to SZ and his cohort, a manager ("Lovely" Lidia) and another supervisor were also present as they did an excellent job of mounting my new LG 55" screen to the wall, set up the initial programming and I was on my way. They were courteous, friendly (brave, clean and....sorry, that's the Boy Scouts :]) and even gave me several ideas on which way to go when I start to think about sound (soundbar, center speaker, A/V, integrated amp. etc). I was initially blown away by the $200 cost but in the end, it was worth every penny for the expertise and peace of mind. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD.

mounting for TCL went well techs were professional and quick and took time to show me how to operate new TV

The mounting and setup service from The Geek Squad was super. They explained everything, got my input on how I wanted the settings, asked how we use the tv and streaming devices, and took care of everything from tying up the cords to carefully removing the old screen and packaging. Friendly, fun, worth every penny.

Geek squad installed my TV on the wall. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and gave us the options of where it may be the best lace to put up. friendly, on time and did a great job!

Great team. They mounted one TV on the wall and both TVs were setup with the DVR and FHS. Very please, how professional and quickly they did their job. Very clean and neat setup. Bravo!!!

Geek Squad did a great job...removed the old 78 lb Plasma off my Sanus Mount on the wall, redid the hole pattern to line up with the new TV and mounted my new 77" OLED LG. No way did I want to chance damaging the screen, nor did have the means to get the TV home and at my age, why chance damaging it. They made all the hook ups and did some wire management. Showed us how to use the Smart features on the new TV. Removed all the packaging material....although I was tempted to put the big box out with the recycle material just to make my neighbor wish he had a big 77" OLED...he likes to brag! Geek Squad took all COVID precautions....and communicated clearly with us.

The agent mounted our TV and connected all devices and patiently reviewed how to operate the controls.

The installation was fast. They cleaned up the mess and took all of the cardboard. But most of all they were so nice and they didn't leave until I knew how to work my TV.

I was hesitant at first to pay someone to install my TV, and expected some sub contracted service to do the work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 best buy employees show up. They immediately put on shoe coverings and got to work! They were very polite and knowledgeable and provided their input on where to mount the TV, but ultimately left the decision to me. Before I knew it, they were finished. Based on this experience, I'd definitely consider using this service again.

They showed up right on time and took care of everything quick and easy. Everything looks great and works perfect!
