The agents quickly and carefully mounted my tv. They were friendly and polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely worth the price for professional installation.

The agents mounted my new TV in no time and couldn't be happier. It's very study on the wall and they got the placement of it perfect. Definitely worth the extra cost to have them install it instead of us messing it up!

Geek Squad came out within one day after I called. They were fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable setting up my wall mount TV and soundbar. They showed me how to operate everything and cleaned up everything afterwards. Well worth the cost!!

Geek Squad service for installation and set up of Samsung 85" TV was very excellent. They were fast and efficient and knew exactly how to do every task required to make me happy. They made sure everything worked just the way I wanted. I was so pleased that I would certainly use them again.

Steven, Kristyn and Kenny all worked well together to mount our 85” TV on the room wall and set it up with all the connections. They also put in a 4K HDMI cable and a cord cover kit.

I have gotten 3 TV's mounted by Geek and they have done an excellent job. I have one more to buy and mount so yes, I will be having Geek mount that one too!

nightmare trying to get this installation done. Set it up in Nov. on the day of purchase to be 12/17, they no showed, didn't call. On the phone trying to get scheduled, supposed to be next day. Nope, then I went to store ...manager got things in motion!!! Got a call and she said next available would be 01/08 and she'd give me a $50 gift card for the troubles, told her that was an insult, to keep her card, I'd have to cancel whole thing...then all of a sudden I was given a slot the next Fri. These guys showed up and did a good job, came from Buffalo (telephone installation co) I'm not happy with BB for this and buying a printer that doesn't work...wanted me to pay $100 to have a geek come to house to do better work than one over the phone. called Epson, then can't fix either. Guess I'm taking that back.

The agents mounted the TV and established all connections from my cable provider and old Boze sound system with no issues. They were even able to use the old mounting bracket, which saved me some money!

The Geek Squad agents were great. Mounted 3 TVs and 2 sounders in quick order. The store did not sell me the correct mount for one of the TVs but they had it on the truck. They set up the TVs and all my streaming and made sure everything was good to go and I understood the remotes. They were professional and competent
