TV was mounted in accordance with the service we purchased. Unfortunately, not everything I wanted was completed, but the installer explained the type of service we purchased only allowed him to do the job in a certain way. Installer was prompt, professional and courteous.

The 2 guys that came out were terrific, very efficient and knowledgeable plus so personable & considerate!

I am not the handiest person, so went ahead and paid Best Buy to mount my TV. I didn't want to do a poor job myself and risk breaking my new TV. It was worth the price! The technician showed up on time and he did a fantastic job!

All I had to do is watch while the experts mounted my new TV and connected it to my DirecTV, Onkyo Receiver, Blue Ray Player and when they were finished theyet showed be how to operate everything. Can't be beat for the price!

The agents mounted my TV and connected all the cables correctly, then provided IT support for us to access apps and other special smart TV capabilities.

The installation occurred on the agreed upon date. The installer arrived on time, quickly installed and setup the tv and Wall Mount, cleaned up his work, and introduced me to tv’s features. Things could not have gone better.

The guys were great. I couldn’t mount the tv myself so had to hire them to install. They did a great job mounting the tv and even fixed a cable outlet that wasn’t working so I could connect to it.

The team that came to install the TV and mount it to the wall did great. Helped set up the PS4 and sound bar, WiFi. All has been working great. Loved the work done.

The install went well. The guys were friendly and professional. The internet at the nursing home was not the best and we should have known that before the purchase, even with bad internet, the TV works well.

We wanted to get our TV mounted above our fireplace. I am not super handy when it comes to home projects. The technician was able to get the TV mounted in less than an hour and very happy with the results.
