Unfortunately, this was Round Two for having tv replaced/unmounted/new one mounted...due to 'glitching' by using streaming device (Roku) other than 'built-in' version (Google) we think. Actually will have another (hopefully final one!) tv delivery/ uninstall/new tv mounted soon...this time switch to actual Roku tv. Bottom Line: from the techs IN the store, a particular manager, particular tech & every tech that has come to my house, STELLAR!!

Geek Squad agent arrived on time. He set up my new TV exactly the way I wanted it and removed my old TV. He showed me all the features and helped me understand how everything worked. Great guy and great experience.

They did a great job, everything was connected and worked fine. The folks were very polite and helpful and removed all the packing materials, etc. I’d recommend them.

Fast and effective! The team of two came in and had the large TV up on the wall, connected to my speaker system and provided me an overview of cool features in under an hour.

The mounting service by Best Buy was fantastic. Was able to resume and mount the existing mounting bracket. They made sure everything worked properly. Super job!
