While the installers did a great job installing, the rest of the process was “AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!” Single biggest problem with Best Buy is their horrible customer service. Other than physically going in, there is no way to reach the actual store when you have an issue (and store employees confirmed this). When you call the listed store phone #, you are immediately pushed to a call center. When contacting the call center 2 (of 3) associates that I spoke with were unwilling and/or unable to address my issues. If the issue is outside the script they are lost. My first issue was a price match. Zero help from call center. I had to wait when I was back in town to then go back to the store to address. Store associates addressed the issue in 2 minutes. First attempt to install everything was met with a soundbar that never showed up. I was told it was out of stock. I ordered everything 3 weeks prior. I did come to find out that the soundbar “disappeared” the day before initial installation. Second attempt, installer showed up without the soundbar (asking me where it was). His “notes” did not include going to the store to pick up the soundbar. So I needed to go to the store and pickup the soundbar myself. Additionally, he was assigned as a 1 man job. The soundbar was being attached to a 77 inch tv, so i needed to help him take the tv down and put it back up. To his credit he reworked his schedule to come back same day to install after I picked it up. Bottom line, the store associates and installers were great to deal with. But Best buys glaring issues are in their logistics and call center operations. Their overall approach to customer service is severely impacted by their approach to underinvesting in those services.

Awesome techs! Fastest tv install (less than 20 mins) for my 75' TV...along with the most polite techs. Great communication and quality mounting. Will use again for my other tvs soon!

The installers came on time, set everything up perfectly and answered all my questions. They were friendly, polite and took all the excess garbage with them.

The installer was on time and respectful. He explained everything he was doing during the installation. HE WAS PROFESIONAL AND INFORMATIVE.

The tv was mounted and everything was reconnected very fast. Very neat and professional. They made sure the tv was centered correctly and when thete was a sight problem, it was fixed right away.

The total tech crew performed a marvelous job installing R2 new televisions and associated audiovisual equipment to support it. This was a complicated setup as it involved replacement of our cable modem router 4K television indoor and outdoor units. Also needed to include cable modem connection as well as streaming support for our outdoor television. Cables were routed efficiently and cleanly through the walls though I did have power connections available prior to their arrival. The team is very knowledgeable with their product and helpful with set up.

Very pleased with the installation of the Samsung TV. The 2 geek squad techs (James and Joe) were very knowledgeable, professional; careful how they handled my house and furniture, and did the installation quickly. They made sure everything was explained on using the new TV as well andr worked with the TV ( cable box, wifi, etc.). would highly recommend them.

Heather from the Brier Creek NC location came out to do the installation of my new 65 inch Sony TV..She is beyond an expert at this task and a lovely person as well. She has loads of patience and is an excellent teacher.

The guys came as scheduled. They were polite, knowledgeable and were done in about an hour. We mounted to an existing stand .

Did not have this mounted on the wall had a TV stand that I wanted to put on between my entertainment center. Guys were great from start to finish.

The men were fast, skilled , efficient, courteous, & cleaned up the dust they made

Paid for delivery, mounting and setup at the premium price $149.99 and was told that hauling away the old tv would be extra, be aware that the premium price does not include hauling the old tv away. I chatted with Best Buy several times and that’s what they told me.

Stephen and Ron were exceptional with call ahead notifications. While they were at my home, they were very respectful towards me and my home. They explained things to me and offered to be accessible if I had any questions. Very good customer service and company representation. Brandon, who was initially sent here, was extremely helpful in getting my appointment rescheduled with 2 individuals.

Very pleasant installer. Everything was completed quickly and absolutely no mess when he was finished.
