The two technicians that came to our home were named Roy and Lance from the Destin, Florida store's Geek Squad. They removed the inoperable 65" TV along with it's precarious mounting system. They installed our new 75" television on it's superior mounting system, and secured the whole ensemble better than it was prior to their arrival. They also insured that our new television, ROKU and audio system all worked together seamlessly. Thank you Geek Squad for these two technicians.

A must for wall mount installed TVS. The techs are professionals and they install TVs all day long and knows their stuff.

Installers were great. Very professional, on time and took their time to make sure everything was just right.

The men did a great job of removing the old TV and hanging the new TV. However, they seemed surprised that they were to hook up the new TV to the existing components (speakers, BD player, etc). They told me they were not required to hook up the components. This made the last part awkward.

Geek Squad did everything I expected and more when hanging and installing my new 77' OLED TV. They took their time in their work as well as fully explaining everything to me.

The geek squad agent Nathan was amazing and was very efficient! He installed my tv quickly and was very helpful and nice! Definitely would recommend Nathan with geek squad tv installations..

The wall mount was installed by the Geek Squad for an earlier LED television and was reused for the OLED television.

Was installed promptly & professionally, works great..

The Squad did a great job of setting up a 75" TV and sound system and when they realized it was being mounted on a concrete block wall, they changed mounting hardware to insure that the proper strength attachment hardware was used. Kudos to being smart and making sound decisions to protect the customers investment. HOWEVER, there was an upcharge (not excessive) for the mounting to a concrete block wall. This should have been discussed in the store and pricing provided at purchase time. With the system attached to the mounting hardware and THEN the upcharge is mentioned there was no choice to not do the upgraded install - and it was the right thing - but it was extremely poorly sold in the store.

They did a great job, everything was connected and worked fine. The folks were very polite and helpful and removed all the packing materials, etc. I’d recommend them.

It has taken me years to get my husband to agree to hang the TV above the fireplace the gentleman that came out was very professional and very fast he had it up in no time

The mounting kit works great. The TV is mounted above the fireplace and the tilt on this mount is perfect for viewing purposes, from all over the room. Although I did not personally install it, it appeared to be easy to setup.

This is a really sturdy item and it has been really easy to use. They did a great job installing and explaining how to use the item.

The Installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Made recommendations to make the system better without feeling like I was being pressured to purchase more. Installed the system without any difficulties.

My son and I mounted the tv and had the geek squad hook the tv up where I had surround sound installed when my house was built. Could not have done it myself.
