ADRIAN AND SAM MOUNTED AND CONNECTED MY DEVICES TO THE NEW TV. MADE SURE ALL DEVICES WORKING. GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON REMOTE AND SETTINGS FOR TV AND DEVICES.

The staff sent to install and set up my television Kem...h was kind, patient, professional and skilled!

The assembly of the stand was somewhat tedious and the squad put it together and set it in to place. Next they mounted the television on the adjustable arm allowing the screen to swivel. The wires were all corralled down the center pole and neatly tucked away. Yes, wires as my found system is an older Harmon Kardon with 5 wired speakers and big subwoofer. Next the electronics were all synced: satellite provider, surround sound system, router and the tv. Remotes all integrated to work very well for the components and set up was phenomenal. Great service oriented technicians is the Best Buy!

I was set up by a third-party contractor. He was not equipped with tools to do a fill wire concealment as I hopped for. The tech informed me that his partner called out on him so I actually had to help him lift the TV myself which was an 83-inch OLED display. Notwithstanding, the tech was a good dude and made sure the setup was as good as I could hope for under the circumstances. I appreciate him and his efforts.

The two installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed the wall mount for my 60-inch TV and set it up to receive my cable and streaming services. Just a great job in every way!

Agent Brian mounted my existing Best Buy 42" Sony TV on wall, The wall was TV-ready and only needed professional threading into wall and connecting. He completed the job the previous Geek Squad installer, Dre, said was impossible because he wasn't allowed to drill into an apartment wall. No drilling was required. Brian also hooked up cable box to my new 32" Samsung TV in the bedroom (not attached to wall), programmed it and explained as he went along. Agent Brian was probably the most proficient, professional and pleasant of all my installers. I am grateful for his expertise.

The Geek Squad installation deal is expensive but worth every penny. The 2 gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly, on time, and quick to complete their work.

One word that sums up the installation service is “professional”. The techs arrived on time, asked questions during the process and answered any we had. Additionally, the service was delivered with a smile as both technicians had positive/cheerful dispositions. If I have another tv installation, I will definitely choose Best Buy! Just all around quick, seamless and efficient!

The guys did an outstanding job installing my wall mounts, I made sure can support the TV and I had the right length cable to connect everything and it went very smooth.

The Geek Squad uninstalled a non - working tv and installed and mounted the new tv with no wires hanging as was my original expectation from my in store purchase with Best Buy three weeks after original purchase. They worked well together as a team and got the job done, but charged an amount that I was told I would not be required to pay any additional fees.
