Dakota and John did a wonderful job on Nov 23, 2021. In one hour, they entered wearing masks and footwear covers; determined a wall mount with in-wall wiring was not possible; then helped me decide what to do; then did all the work of installing TV, set-top box and DVD player on a temporary cabinet; and cleaned up when done. There is a lot of work setting up the “not-so-smart” Google TV, and they did it all, skillfully and pleasantly. I am very pleased with the work done by Dakota and John. The quality of Geek Squad work led me to have my iPhone fixed by Best Buy.

Installer was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how us use the TV, the Internet connection and the app options. He cleaned up when he was done and took the boxes away. he did an excellent job of mounting the tv

TV installed properly but found out with later use that sound bar was not working. Had to issue a recall to Geek Squad to repair issue. Issue with Alexa not seeing all my online appliances was corrected to my satisfaction. The technician was pleasant, professional and timely.
