I would rather have Geek squad installation than Third party installer. It would be considerate if Best Buy give this decision or option up to the customer who make the purchase.

Got the install mainly to just mount the tv since I’m too lazy to do it myself. Little did I know that they actually centered the whole tv on the entire wall, and leveled it ... better setup than I expected

Received my TV 15 days late as the first time around the technician was a no show. This was a pure inconvenience as it resulted in multiple back and forth and considerable delays because Best Buy/Geek Squad failed to effectively manage their team. Do not accept service via their third party team. That being said, the guys did a great job installing my TV and the store owner made it right and refunded the install.

is mounting a tv very hard? No. do I want to? No. these guys came in had all the stuff they needed .. did a great job..and cleaned up after themselves. I was saved from any aggravation at all.

I love the Samsung TV & mount that I purchased. Delivery & installation was seamless. The young man was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful & willing to answer any questions that I had.
