The agents removed my very heavy old tube TV. They mounted my new TV to the stand and connected my devices. They programed my cable remote and adjusted the settings.

Philip and Alex performed a fantastic professional job installing two televisions and sound bar. They assured the installation was exactly as we wanted it.

The installer were fantastic. The store did not have my TV that was supposed to be installed and the technicians went out of there way to find the TV in another store. They came out and did a great job. Explained everything and even sold me a soundbar connector which is great. They were a little late because they could not find the TV at first. I knew why they were late because they had explained what was happening. Extremely professional under difficult circumstances.

Clean install. The two person crew worked efficiently and I can't complain about the results. With every penny.

TV installation service is a good package for the money. Crew knew what they were doing and did the job in a timely manner. I will use this again for my next TV purchase.

I want to make this clear. The installation crew was great. The scheduling for the install was a nightmare. The night before installation we were given a time window of 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The morning of installation we were able to track the TV and the crew. ETA was 2:15. At 9:20am we received a text that our crew would be here at 9:50am. This was now a big problem for our morning schedule. The crew knocked at the door at 9:50am. They were embarrassed that they were there once they saw my information. Very stressful.

They did a great job putting up our TV’s. They were professional and dis this quickly.

Agent did a good job mounting TV on previously Best Buy installed wall mount however subsequent to mounting new TV connecting cables to back of TV are now exposed and unsightly

Awesome , I love it ..!! It was the right mount for me. It pulls out and you can turn from side to side for different angles. It’s great
